Dean Klassman

Dean Klassman, founder of Klassman Financial Services, is widely recognized as an expert in insurance throughout Chicago land. A registered representative with Correll Company, he holds the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Since 1984, he has been servicing his clients in the areas of Estate Planning, Executive Benefits, Employment Benefits and Retirement Strategies.

However, Dean's true notoriety comes from his reputation as a Master Connector and Networker. Acting on his belief that what goes around comes around, in 1992, he organized The Networking Group (www.thenetworkinggroup.biz) with five other business owners. Today the Networking Group has over one hundred non competing members with Dean at the helm.

Dean is currently a Director for The Progressive Service Network, a Commissioner on the Buffalo Grove Disability Commissions and past Board Member and Vice President of The Center for Enriched Living.

Second only to his commitment to networking is Dean's passion for Buddy Baseball. This program allows children and young adults with physical and developmental disabilities to actively participate in our treasured national past time - baseball. They are able to do this with the help of their buddies (able bodied volunteers). Dean's Buddy Baseball Program in Northbrook, Illinois has been featured on WTTW Chicago Tonight, WBBM 780 radio, CBS and ABC news, the Daily Herald, Pioneer Press and the Chicago Tribune. Yet, he will tell you that the features he treasures most are the smiling faces of the participants.

Dean and his wife Leslie live in the Northwest suburbs with their children Brooke and Ben and their Golden Retrievers Payton and Buehrle.
